Care and Cleaning 

​

Please note that this is a rustic product and as such will have irregularities and are prone to shedding.These mats are designed for medium traffic and is suitable only for indoor or covered outdoor entrances. For longevity the mat should be undercover, away from Rain and Sunlight as it causes the fibers to swell and come loose. Also be aware that cats and birds scratching on it will cause excessive shedding. A good Vacuum, Shake or Spot clean as needed with mild soap or detergent and water is enough to keep it clean. Please do not use bleach, also the paint will fade if washed in the washing machine.

To Clean :

1. the mats can be picked up and shaken to remove accumulated dirt and dust.

2. scrape the mat clean with a flat bar surface to remove excess mud and other debris.

3. place the mat upside down and beat the mat to dislodge the sand and soil that has built up inside the mat.

4. The mat should be completely dried before placing it back into use if washed.

Refund 

​

-Please choose carefully when ordering custom door mats as they are customised to your specifications, they are not able to be resold and hence will not be able to be refunded.

- A refund or replacement will only be provided if the mat was damaged on arrival or if it was the wrong design sent.

- Refund should be requested within 7 days from the date the mat was delivered.

- The mat must not have been used and must be returned by the customer to our mailing address.

- We will take no responsibility of ware and tare or damage once the mat has been used.
