Can I custom design my mat?

Yes!!! You certainly can. Please send us an email with your design or personalization you are after to personaliseddoormats@gmail.com and we could draft the design for you.

Can I send it as a gift?

Yes!!! you certainly can. All you have to do is let us know the right delivery address and also let us know if you would like to gift pack it.

 

Can I gift pack my order?

Yes!! Just let us know you would like to gift pack it and we could do at no extra cost.

Just let us you if you would like to add a note or message from your behalf.

 

When will my order be ready?

Once the order is placed and the design is finalized. The mat will be ready to be posted in 3  to 5 working days. We would send you the tracking details with a link to track your order.

The delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 days.

 

How do I clean the mat?

There are a few tried and tested ways of doing that.

1. the mats can be picked up and shaken to remove accumulated dirt and dust.

2. scrape the mat clean with a flat bar surface to remove excess mud and other debris.

3. place the mat upside down and beat the mat to dislodge the sand and soil that has built up inside the mat.

4. The mat should be completely dried before placing it back into use if washed.

 

How can the mats last longer?

These mats are designed for medium traffic and are suitable only for indoor or covered outdoor entrances. For longevity, the mat should be undercover, away from Rain and Sunlight as it causes the fibers to swell and come loose. Also, be aware that cats and birds scratching on it will cause excessive shedding. A good Vacuum, Shake or Spot clean as needed with mild soap or detergent and water is enough to keep it clean. Please do not use bleach, also the paint will fade if washed in the washing machine.

 

Can I wash the mat with water?

Yes the mat can be washed with water, but best avoided, as coir is a natural product. The coir fibers tend to swell and get a darker brown shade if soaked in water.  

 

My mat has arrived damaged. What do I do?

We apologies for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, certain things are out of our control.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the mat and we could replace or refund the order.
